"If I Can, You Can"
by Damindra Dias

In 1975, Damindra Dias arrived in Canada with her spouse Shelton, four suitcases, and an unwavering determination to succeed.

Over the following decades, Damindra advanced through the ranks at two globally recognized companies, Kellogg and Coca-Cola, building teams and forging new paths across Canada, India, and the United States.

Damindra's story continues into retirement, where she has spent 23 years as a volunteer Career Coach and Mentor at Progress Career Planning Institute (PCPI) in Toronto, Ontario.

"If I Can, You Can" is both Damindra's story and an invitation for readers to recognize their own potential.
